You can now book telephone assessment appointments online. All appointment requests are managed by clinicians, who will take a history and allocate you an appointment within the correct time frame. The appointment you book online will initiate a call back from a GP at some point on the specified day (irrelevant of the time stated online). To book a telephone assessment, click here

If you are eligible for a Flu Vaccine and haven't yet booked, you will need to make an appointment by 31st March. Please telephone the surgery to book an appointment.

If you are 45 or over and have not had a blood pressure reading taken in the last 5 years, please book an appointment with the Health Care Assistant.

Online Access

Once registered you will have access from your PC, tablet or smartphone, 24hours a day, 7 days a week  to:

    • Order a repeat prescription

    • View your basis medical record (allergies and immunisations)

How to Register

    • register online and be provided with personal login details. This will enable you to set up 1 appointment. When you next visit the practice you can bring in photographic ID which will allow the practice staff to enable access to further services.

    • At the Health Centre - take ID to reception and complete an application form. You will be given your ID which will enable you to set up your login details and password
