Due to a current high volume of prescription requests we would respectfully ask that you allow 7 days for the dispensary staff to process and dispense your prescription.

Please do not request repeat prescriptions by telephone. Our staff are not allowed to take requests by this means as verbal requests can often result in mistakes being made.
Your GP may prescribe you a course of medication that lasts for some time, called a 'repeat prescription', this will still need to be ordered by yourself or your representative. Re-ordering acute prescriptions may require you to speak to a GP.
You can order using one of the methods below
We are now using Patient Access for medication requests. To set up your account please click here. Patient Access will allow you to order your medication directly from us.
You can still use the online form to order medication, however please be aware we will be discontinuing this in the future. To order using the old form please click here.
If you prefer to use E-mail you can send your name, date of birth and what it is you require to email@example.com you will receive a confirmation E-mail from us, if you do not, please check your Junk or Spam folders before resending a request or enquiring if we have received a request.
Drop a request into us
You can simply tick the items you require on your white repeat form and either pop this into the black box outside, on the right of the surgery. If you do not have a repeat form you can put your name, date of birth and the items you require on a note and drop this in, in the same way.
