Dr Kerrin Masterman

BA MBBS MRCGP

Kerrin joined the Practice in August 2012 and became a partner in 2017. He trained in Oxford University and then Bart's and the Royal London Medical School, graduating in 2004. He spent time working overseas in Australia and New Zealand and then joined the GP training scheme in Gloucestershire. He has a particular interest in paediatrics and is currently studying for a diploma in this area. He also has interests in heart disease and mental health problems. Outside of work he enjoys outdoor sports, wine tasting, travel, and spending time with his young family.

Dr Rob Russ

MB BCh MRCGP PG Cert CE

Rob joined the practice following the merger with the Fernhill practice in 2015, becoming a partner in 2017. He trained at the University of Wales Medical School based in Cardiff, graduating in 1999. He worked as a surgical trainee and then in orthopaedics before transferring to general practice. He completed his GP training scheme in the Rhonda Valley. He has interest in medical education and musculoskeletal medicine. Rob is also the IT lead for the practice. Outside of the practice he enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.

Dr Vanessa Good

MBBS BA (Hons) MRCGP DRCOG FPCert DPD

Vanessa qualified in 1997 having studied at Oxford University and St. Georges Medical School. She has been working as a GP in the Oxford area since 2000. She joined the practice in 2007 and became a Partner in 2018. Vanessa enjoys all areas of general practice. She also enjoys teaching and is a college tutor at Oxford University. In her free time, she enjoys playing the flute in a local orchestra and has previously played with the European Doctors’ Orchestra.

Dr Ali Law

MBChB (Euro) MRCGP DRCOG DFSRH DCH PGCertCE

Ali studied medicine at the University of Manchester and in Lausanne, Switzerland, qualifying in 2001. Her junior doctor and GP training was in Bristol and Bath. Her first GP role was at Newbury Street Practice in Wantage, where she stayed for seven years. After Wantage, Dr Law was a partner at Montgomery-House Surgery in Bicester for six years, before she relocated, joining the practice as a partner in 2020. Her professional interests are in medical education, women's health (including contraception and HRT), safeguarding and cancer. Outside of work, Dr Law lives near Fairford with her husband, three children and two dogs, who soak up most of her free time. Her enjoyment of eating out is balanced by a love of country sports, long walks, skiing and swimming.

Dr Fiona Mackenzie

MBBS MRCGP DRCOG DCH FPCert

Fiona joined the practice in September 2005. She qualified in 1998 from Southampton medical school and then did further training in Cheltenham hospital. She has been locuming in the local area for many years.

Dr Jane Braddy

MBBCh, MRCGP, DFFP, LOC SDI / LOC IUT

Jane joined the practice in 2010. She qualified in Cardiff in 1995 and completed her General Practice training in London. She then worked for a year in Australia before taking on a Partnership in London. Since moving to Oxford and starting a family she has been working part-time.She is married to an IT Consultant and has three young boys who go to school locally.

Dr Anne Burgess

Anne Joined the practice in September 2015, having recently moved from South Wales. She studied medicine in Cardiff, graduating in 2003 and completing her GP training in hospitals and GP practices in South Wales. She also spent 2 years working as a GP in Melbourne, Australia. Anne enjoys all aspects of general practice and is particularly interested in women's and children's health. Outside of work Anne enjoys keeping fit, theatre, travel, renovating her house in Witney, and spending time with her husband and 2 sons.

Dr Amy Paluch

Amy qualified in 2015 from Cambridge University. She then worked as a foundation doctor in Cheltenham and Gloucester before moving to Oxfordshire for GP training. Amy joined the practice in 2020. She is currently teaching third year medical students from Oxford University and taking part in the Oxfordshire fellowship programme.

She enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her husband and cats.

Dr Hannah Ferrington

Hannah joined the practice in 2021. She studied at the University of Leicester before completing her training in the West Midlands. She relocated to Gloucestershire with her family shortly before starting work at WHMP. She is the practice research lead GP.

Dr Natalie Ashman

MBBS BSc MRCGP DCH DRCOG

Natalie joined the practice in October 2020. She graduated from medical school in London in 2010, and completed her GP training in Wiltshire in 2015. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, and has a particular interest in Paediatrics. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two young boys and working on her allotment.

Dr Maya Kfoury

MBBS BSc MRCGP

Maya Joined the Practice in November 2022. She qualified in 2016 from St George’s University of London and completed her General Practice training in Scotland. She will be taking part in the local fellowship programme.

Outside work, Maya spends much of her time with her husband, family and friends.

She enjoys traveling, cooking but also looking for the best eating spots in town.

Dr Adam Lewandowski

Adam joined the practice in 2023. He studied on the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland, with international internships in Spain and Denmark, and settled in the UK where he completed his post-graduate and specialty training.

His professional interests include dermatology, minor surgery and medical research. Outside of work (and if his toddler allows) Adam enjoys traditional photography, fitness and gardening.

Dr Jasmine Arnold

Jasmine joined the practice in 2023. She qualified from Peninsula Medical School in 2016. After foundation training she spent some time working in Australia and in London before training as a GP in Oxfordshire. She is taking part in the local fellowship programme.

In her spare time Jasmine likes to travel, in particular to find the best spots to scuba dive.

Dr Morgen Farrington

Dr Xavier Quli

BMedSci(Hons) MBChB DRCOG DCH MRCGP MPHID

Xavier joined the practice in 2024. He qualified from Sheffield University Medical School in 1997 and completed his GP training in Nottingham in 2002. He worked as a Partner in a large practice in Reading before returning to Sheffield to study International Development and Public Health.

After this, he was proud to have worked as a civilian GP on several RAF and Army units across the country for almost 7 years and has gained a good understanding of the unique challenges faced by Service Personnel and their families. 

He has an interest in cardiovascular medicine and men's health.

Outside of work, he is passionate about exercise, walking, travelling, spending time with his family and playing the bass guitar. He also really loves dogs.
